How do I locate certain international marriage records online?

You would need to know the County, City or State in which they got married and go to their website and find out if that information is online or not. You can try googling their names together too.
The operative word there is “know” meaning present tense, living persons. In the genealogy field giving out private information on living persons is unethical. Genealogy is about researching dead ancestors.
